I’m currently a job-seeker. My position was eliminated at my company about a year ago. If you are like me, you may be considering starting your own small business or consulting firm until you find another job, becoming “brand you”, all the marketing phrases you’ll hear about taking care of yourself financially. You don’t want to do something cheesy like you see these get Google rich quick ads in the margins on the web and so forth. Especially when you consider what others charge without batting an eye for small business web advice. I’m talking an arena where a minimum $500 to $1000 is the norm.

His free products are fantastic and not “the sleeves off the vest”. Dave’s giving you solid tactics you can use right away based on experience not a bunch of foo-foo, unicorn water theories. (You know what I’m talking about.) That’s why I’m in awe that he gives them away. One good example of a tactic I’ve used personally is the “Weekend Soda Product” – I’m paraphrasing it but its something close to that. What I did was create an eBook on tips to build your Online Presence by using Dave’s tactic of sitting down as if you were advising a friend for 30 minutes,taking notes on what you said, and packaging that into a product that is for sale online.  One weekend,  and I’m a published ebook author.

What sets Dave apart is he’s empathetic. If you are on the job search, I totally get what a number it does on your self-esteem. Dave understands our humanity, how people will have doubts, fears, procrastination, etc. He also shows you, without judging you, how to get over those road blocks and succeed. He’s one of the most ethical marketers I’ve ever seen.

My recommendation to you is:  step out and try something new today. As Dave would tell you, just take this one small step. Try one tactic out and see how good you feel about it. You don’t have to leap into an LLC corporation this instant or anything.  Costs you nothing more than your email address a click of your mouse. (And no he won’t ever ever ever spam you. You think I’d sign up with him if he did? Come on you know me.)
